Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Rates: Standard US shipping rate: $5.99. Free shipping on orders with 2 or more bags.
Delivery Time: US orders typically arrive within 7–13 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped from China and delivered through international and local carriers.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent by email once your package has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: You may contact us within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund.
Item Condition: Items should generally be unused and in their original condition when a return is required.
Return Shipping: If a return is required, return shipping arrangements and costs will depend on the circumstances. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
