At MyStitchBag, we carefully prepare every order and work to get your DIY bag kit on its way as quickly as possible.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Shenzhen, China.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping to the United States typically takes approximately 7–13 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Cost

• Standard Shipping: $7.90 USD
• Free Shipping: Orders over $60 USD

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders are shipped internationally from China.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

MyStitchBag does not cover these additional charges.

Lost, Missing, or Delivered Packages

Please carefully check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.

For the fastest assistance, please provide your order number and tracking information when contacting us.

PO Boxes

At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
